♥♥♥Back to small portions


I find that logging what i eat helps me because when i stop

things go south. :P hehe no hard feelings but i want to eat

small portions and preferably heathyer ones long term.

because i saw great results from eating that way.

i aslo want to do zuzana workouts at least twice a week. :)
