Diet- For the rest of january eat smaller,
whole foods, up the protien intake and drink lots of water!
example meals - egg whites stuffed with brown rice and tomatoe
bean sauce ( amazing), tuna in water, vaiety of fruits, vegetables,
soups, etcc
Workout
* 2 days of abs
* 4 days zuzana workout
* 1 day complete rest.
