Meal and workout day #6

breakfast-extremly small onion and chicken recepie. with very tiny plain oats.
Ln- Whole Wheat tortialla (130) cals. With 2 tbs. chciken recepie.
Sn- tiny plum apple looking fruit lol
PW- I can or tuna in water drained W/ 1 Apple ( pasific rose best apple ever)
dn- half a tortilla with small chiken ..heaping tablespoon.


WORKOUT! (AVG. 750 calories) Probably more

20 min challenging cycling ( in the rain yup lol )
20 Min eliptical..(200 cals)
35 min cycling (stationary)..(300 cals)
Incline walking fast pace (50 cals)
20 Min eliptical again..(200 cals)
Weightlifitng her and there.
about 40 pounds 8 reps 6 sets for shoulders
Quads.40 lbs. 5 sets of 8
Triceps, 30 lbs. 4 sets of 8
walked home from the gym

! large costco canned chicken with 1/4 bottle tomatoe sauce and 2 med. onions, berebere, Olive oil. Italina seasoning, little salt
cooked some oatmeal with water andlittle cinnamon
