Today was a good day little bit of tempations but i handedled them wel..
I had to eat carbs and there is no oganci whole or wheat bread so i ate injara maybe a little bit more than i was supossed to but its okey :)
Breakfast- 1 cup juice. apple
Lunch- Apple
Snack- 2 eggs and one egg whites with orange chicken juice with injara omg YUM !
20 oz water! :)
10 nuts
apple
Hopefulyl tomorrow i will have a more balanced meal ...
with real foods not just apple's haha
