no sodas.
No dairy
No eggs
no nuts
bannanas
no bread
Workout-
Ab rocket everyday
Water bottle abs 5 mins at night
Air climber.. at least 15 mins
Streching (after waking up and later on in the day)
No Sleeping during the day
Go to bed early
