H.I.I.T

HIIT ( High intesnity interval training)
is excellent for fat loss, building strength, and lean muscle.

I going to do HIIT about 4 times per week

mon- getting used to it.
about 10 mins and bits here and there
pushups, lunges, squates, planks ..etc.

Tueday- 22 Minute little or no break
Boot camp.

Wednesday-

Luges 25 per leg (3) Total - 75
Burpees- 25 (3) Total - 75
jump rope- 100 counts (3) Total- 300
Jumping jacks - 100 counts (3) Total- 300
plank pull ups -25 (3) Total- 75
Pushups modefied 25 (3) Total - 75
30 sec plank hold ( 3) Total - 3)
open leg Squats 25 ( 3) Total - 75
Prisoner squats- 25 ( 3) Total - 75
reg pushups 25 ( 3) Total - 75
