It was easier than other days. I felt stronger.

I woke up this morning and i looked way skinny.
i could tell i lost weight. my back fat looks so much better.
there is a definate difference, My abs are showing more and my stomach
is noticebly flatter. 4 days and i look thsi good ? wait till a month :) im really
excited. when they weight comes off it comes off the right areas and other days i wonder about my upper and lower body balance not im 100 % convinced its good ! Yay.
