Its one of the most simple things alive. You have heard the phrase take it day by day. Yeah but how many of us really do it ? Well the betty Miester is doing it ! Last night i messed up by eating pizza but hey i woke up this morning and it was a new day. Going harder than ever.

scared you will start and stop
no one told you it was okey
to mess up quiet a lot

not to do something
you cange a lot
with the simplest things
