10 Series.
Okey so about a week ago you had a great diet week but it did stop because i couldnt keep up with it. What im going to do now is set small goals. Comprimising of three days each and 10 series which equals to 30 days. So im going to record them as series one, two, three and etc.
At the begining of each series i will have new goals and different things to focus on. For example it might be air climber for the whole series or day one and 3 are ab days or very low fat. etc.
It will help me get to know my body better and i will find great motivatio from succes on a serie and each time it ends and starts im going to revise my goals and stay motivated what ever it takes.
