Breakfast- 1/2 cup egg and egg whites with ketchy:) lol (3) and 1/2 oatmeal
snack- 2 tablespoons of left over oat meal and a peach
lunch- 1/2 banan
snack- 1/2 banan , . repeted breakfast.
dinner- 1 chicken breast with mustard
workout- bike riding. about 2 hours.
i love it . It was such a fun but great workut.
