Serie 3 day 1 update. (total day 7)
Breakfast- 2 egg whites with 1 whole egg with tomatoes and onions small portioned.
small oat meal with 2 table spoons grounded flax seeds.
snack- peach
lunch- banana
snack- none .
dinner- apple, 1/2 cup eggs, 1/2 cup cabbage.
comments- This morning i didnt look like i lost weight
but in the afternoon i looked like i lost weight. definetly a noticable differce.
everyday its going to get better as i get off my period and also eat cleaner because the first 2 days werent that strict. not really getting hunry or craving things.
