Sooo. :)
Day 1-
Yesterday went well. At night after work i had injara with cabbage, small shiro and meat & tomatoe kitfo tips. Which overall i dont think is bad unless i eat a lot of it. I also ate it which was on a small plate and saved half in a container and found that about an hour and a half later i was still hungry but i gave it time and i didnt have much the whole day so it was okey. Trust me it was hard. But i found as soon as i ate that little part i was satisfied for good. i want to drink more water soi dont confuse it with hunger which will saveme extra calories.
Day 2~
Woke up and i was so hungry and just the thought of how challenging it would be to eat healthy the whole day was weighing down on me. Then i went down stairs to find that there was basically nothing healthy except wet and injara and bread. I decided to boil some brocolii for lunch and i found 1 apple im saving for later on and theres tuna so im okey for today. But talk about some need formore groceryies HELOOO> lol
the interesting thing was that after listening to tosca reno on my i pod while in the bathoom i was felling better then i had some oat meal , small portioned of course and i was almost full within 2 bites. WEird or wat ?
anyways the mind can play tricks on you. the question is are you smart enough to rise aboveit using tricks here and there.
