Birthday Sexy Chick

Today may 13,2010! Im writing this as a motivation tool to look sexy for my birthday. I want to finnaly get control over my eating habits. its been such a roller coaster. I was in this mess last summer and summer is almost here in like 2 weeks and i dont want to be unhappy again.


So heres the plan.
Let go of the past. see the good in you. celebrate your accomplishments because there are so many. stop being so critical. Love yourself where you are. You can do it. The lord is on your side.
its a matter of saying yes i want this and committing to it.Dont complicate it. & yeah sometimes it will hurt but you are not going to struggle for ever. It will become second nature.:)
