Aint it always time for slim down ? haha

Hey you ! So with all the stress lately im ready to et back on track. Bike still needs to be fixed and YES i finally fixed myblog. i almost lost all my precious memories. So yeha i started working at cal ot this week. wed was my first day then thursday and saturday. :) soo anywayss.. im not in bad shape but i really want to slim down ...my goal is to do betterand better than last time..and we never give up do we. NOOOO!

My plan is to start out tomorrow with zuzana workouts. maybe lighter for a bit then hardcore. So my plan is about 5 days a week. with two days of rest. Tomorrows sunday so heres what it looks like

Todays thursday omg. Day 10. And 110 pounds. Im really proud of my self and have more confidence in this short time. I am happy i got my speech over with. i am going to be working hard so that i get my psych and food trends on track. monday ispretty much my last day. day 14 can be celebrated tuesday yay. But im happy though and i am much smaller. i cant wait to see what the end of my challenge will bring. And also i dont want to stop here. I want to start a phase 2. Another 2 weeks.

one hour away from midnight and day 6 will start. Can you believe it? Who would have thought! I was watching figure vidoes on youtube,nothing new..thoughi hadnt watched it in a quite a bit. So anyways i got motivated with their dedication. So the next day monday i started. Tomorrow is the end of week one. So techinically according to my plan im half way through but i have a feeling im going to go for longer than that. I have really cut down on my portions. ate clean for a very large majority of the time. Faught through the hunger and i am noticing that i am satisfied with smaller portions which is a plus. i can;t say i have had coffee each and everyday but most days i have one plain small cup of black cofee. My weight is about 112. It not a good indicator so i am not relying on it much. my stomach looks more toned than it has ever looked and back fat is on ultimate lower than it has been. im overall slimmer and it feels great. What keeps me going is knowing that i willsee will monday and im tired of being unconfident because of my weight. i just feel like life would be so much better if i was thin. atleast for me because i do focus on my weight and i am a perfectionist. But i would say this is the first time that i have actually done really impressivly well on a diet. I also have been working out pretty much most days. i did 2 days of zuzana workouts and one rest day with 2 days of biking and the gym and biking today.


Today i burne dlike 800 calories no joke. at the gym i burned 750 and mt back was wet and i was sweating liek crazy. i was there for almost 3 hours.prior to that i went riding for 20 mins non stop it was pretty hard. legs burning etc..:) thats what we want. lol


But i just want to post back and say that i am very excited to see what the next week holds. I am so proud with myself. I have been eating so low at times. surprised i didnt go crazy. I am having lots of water.... I am so GLAD i did this!!


I have been eating plain oatmeal for breakfast with chicken and onion in very little oil that i have prepared for the week. I havent had much fruit. I did have egg whites also cooked and broiled and chicken canned in water.... had bread only once this week i believe.

2 wekk betty version of p90-X

Today is may,9, 2011. Its midnight so it counts! :P
I want to get back to getting fit and healthy because i can andi will! I cant stop thinking about will so i thought since im going to start tomorrow being really serioues i wanted to record it you know me. Lol. But img two weeks left tills schools out. senior year you are here my dear....but i did some homework i nevre htought i would do so im happy now an di had coffee now i cant sleep. time for coffee in the morning. well im going to bed soon but i wanted to make some sort or organized plan. Starting tomorrow i have to do some sort of excersicse for 14 dyas. :D
teddy is motivating me he is doing p-90x and hes at liek day 65 or somthing. OMG i know lol
so anyways whats 2 weeks rite. consistency is going to be key and being positive. there will be days that i willeat more than others or crave more than others but i want to plan my meals and eat about 6 times a day and make ir clean so i can eat more but of the right type or foods.:)

Daytona Beach, FL Visit April, 15-17 , 2011

Todays saturday night and were leaving very early in the morning tomorrow. Im trying to pull n all nighter so i can sleep a lot in the car. Yesterday it took us about 13 hours to get here. we left at 10.10 a.m and got here at around 11.00 pm we stopped twice on the way here about 1 hrs and a half total combined. Anyway it was a good trip. shumu and china came along with us. Omg its a beautiful state. the houses especially are killer. so many lights and actions especially at night. Its a good kinda warm and humid , the smell of the sand and the breeze gotta love it! Anyways i jsut got outof the shower after going swimming at the pool at night with my brother, then we went to the beach at night just like we did our first night here on friday. we went to an intiallian restourant twice today an wentto a bar by the beach side veryyy beautiful. :) just wanted to update. i also baught two new bikinis. and i ate pretty much what i wanted but i can say i am a lot confident withmy body than last yearor ever and loook slimmer too. it motivates me to have a set shedule and not obsess so much. just work out hard couple time a week. cut portions stya positive and consistent like i was doing. that the key :) bo prechin here im gonna go and watch youtube vids now lol but tilll then take care and oh one more thing...i look fine in the bikini way less back fat than ever and good stomach. i dont have too much to lose i just keep exaggerting anyuways it was an eye opener so i can look banging for summer this year andi dont care its happening i have waited for this for too long.

Spring break Diet :)

Hey im goin to florida.....:D YAy so anyways i want to continue climmin down baby :) So good food like eggs and sandwhiches oatmeal , and veggies and fruits! i want to write down what i eat so im so on track! Im motivated tho i wanna look HOTT and i have made great progress and i want to continue.:) So starting tomorrow serioues dieting starts to get ready for spring and summer.

Iron Man Inpiration.

Since March 18 which was my first Iron Man attempt. No swimming but the cycling and running Mind you i havent ran in a long time. I used to run a while back about a year ago but i stopped because it was just hard and i started getting side stiches and i was just not progressing like i wanted to. But this year has been steady but great with changes. I look better than ever. I believe i was like 111 pounds this morning. I really want to continue with my long cardio sessions. I love that i can run 1 hour plus with ease. Well not exactly but still :) on friday march 25 ..last friday i cycled for 2 hours then went right into running for 1 hour and 35 mins. Helllo. almost 4 hours of non stop excercise :D Anyways i just thought it was worth to share my success and happiness. I really want to get better with my endurance and forget those who say long endurance is bad for you. I want to look lean anyways and i love the feeling it gives me. onestly at this point s long as i can look slim and fit thats all i want and to be cardiovasucalarly fit :) I am very proud. Last note my knee has not been used to this kind of wear and tear an dhas been giving me problems lately. i had to rest since last friday till tuesday which was yesterday because it hurt and was injure..even swollen at tsome point. But i have been researching and icing as i have learned. :) and trying to hold myself back lol See ya nextime.

update

Sunday yesterday i had what i wanted. Doro wat with yougurt :) so good. I also had french toast for breakfast at the airport. It was okey tho and i had BESO smoothie. Yum. So pretty much what i wanted. Did not really make a difference this morning and im atbout 113 ? i weighed myself but im not relying to much on the scale but even in my moms house the scale said i lost weight. !! WEE
at my moms house the mirror said i look smaller. :)yesterday was the only day where i did not eat fruits till three.

IRON MAN







Happiest day Ever! My IRON MAN story

i ran across an iron man champion who i so love and admire...Chrissy Wellington.
She won the womens Iron man 3 years in a row. She ever won by a significant time after losing a wheel. It totally shows me that i can do anything if i put my mind to it This year has been very life changing. I have become so much stronger and positive. I cant wait to see where i can get. I really want to take this desire that has been burning inside me seriouesly. It tells me i am a natural endurance athlehe. It tells me im going to be something big one day somthing very big one day and it aint just wishful thinking, i honestly feel like its really true.

So after being motivated i decided to bike for two hours straight followed by an hour of running and guess what i did it. Through the cramps that went away :). Running wasnt very fast because my legs were fatigued by biking for two hours. ad when i did i stopeed here and thre for water but nothing to long. I honestly didnt think i could do it but i did. And i even did the rolling on the ground htat chrissy always does at the finish line.

Then for the next hour and 5 mins i ran from my house down the front and then right at the circle and all the way down and second left towards cheery wood park then then left then right and at the endis cherry wood park on th eleft. went down that hill ..went straight at the circle at the bottom of th ehill then took first right (to th eleft is that big skinny downhill road buti turned right and went pretty far. then tunred back and passed my house again went up towards roots and passed the light and went down the hill to the stop sign and i touched it . didnt cross but runed back around and went home.
* i dint stop runing once. Other time i have trouble just running for 50 minutes. but today after 2 hours of biking i did it !!!
i definetly wnat o compete in IRON man one day and i will!!



todays day 14 of eating only fruits till i get home. which is around 3
! and after that i have been trying to watch my portion sizes :)

omg just did an awsome, hot tomatoe face breathing hard workout. Only 11 mins but well worth it
here wat it looked like:)

Fruits till 3:00 (day 8 update) !

Ok! So todays day 8 im so glad. I cant say i see dramatic results but i want to keep contuing. It has definetly not been bad and good for my health i belive. The whole detoxing while sleeping and prolonging it till 3. But i need to change my foods up instead of moslty apples and sometimes banan and orange. :) Im going to do a workout :) I did one a day ago. trying to be somewhat consistent. I want to keep leabring, being postitive. I swaer when i havethe easiest time thats when i lose the most weight! :) because its consistenty an dim not so obessed over weather im seeing results or weighning myselfBut i want to start adding veggies. Last week i mastered the fruits till 3. i even made it when i was at home thursday and friday and the weekend.

NOTE- i have also noticed that i get full quicker which is wonderful. u feel ssatisifed eating what you want and you lose weight. thats why its so important no matter what i want to make sure i eat small to keep my stomach small . its wonderful because if i do mess up i dont eat so many calories and i can do better on my next meal. Its alll about focus and keeping sight on my goal and not letting it slpi. constatnly getting and making myself motivated. :)

Fruits Till 3.oo

So starting monday todays thursday i have been eating fruits till i get home which is about till 3.oo p.m. I cant say i really see changes but i want to continue this. Im home today and i am still doing it. I hav been having apples and oranges. apples and an orange till 3 which is not many calories but i get home and eat real food like injara, salsa wat ever it may be. I eat like twice after i get home so i feel like the fruits help me cut calories for most of the day. I really want to continue this plus its healthy and good for me. It has been challenging though but just like anything i can get used to it. I mean i fasted for 50 something days not eating till about 2 everyday so its doable i just need to stay commited. Im about 114. Which has been lower than like 118 or 119. I want to pick up the zuzana workouts. Its been about a week since i did it i belive but i did bike on monday. But im liking the fruits i just need more variety other than apples and oranges. But i have noticed i love oranges. Yum. So things are going well but i like the fact that i eat three times at school with the fruits. So once i maste that and get really used to it i want to cut my portion sizes at home and drink more water! Its so important. I did yesterday and today but i forget sometimes. Not good lol. But it motivates me to know that i am a lot smaller than i used to be lets say at the begining of the year. I love being surprised and all.
CONSISTENCY and MORE GOOD THAN BAD, way of living pays off. I no longer say oh i blew it im just going to eat crap. I just do what i have to do like workout no matter what and eat well when i can and other times you just move on. here the conclusion i have come to.


" I will never reach perfection nor ultimate sucuss, Theres always going to be more roads that i havent traveled. So its time to appreciate and be thankful for where i am. No pity talk just be consistent. Work out eat right and the rest will take care of itself. PLus there is more to hapinees than just being skinny True confidence is not a number on a scale its a true positive self image about youself inside and out."

Happpy :) 15 DAY CHALLENGE UPDATE....day 8

Why am i happy ?
well looking back even recently i look bettter than i have ever looked. Lately i started to notice that i really am getting leaner. Stomach is more defined, arm skinyer and good tone along with less fat of stomach and leaner legs. It really motivated me to make better decisions because it makes me feel good to know i made great noticable changes. Its not only the mirror the scale agrees also. I was 114 pounds at the gym and last time i was there i was 118. Also at my house , my regular scale also says i went down to 113 . Its great. But im seeing good results from zuzana workouts and my energy and strength has improved dramatically. never want to stop. I started my 15 day excercise challenge 8 days ago and here how its going. It hasnt been perfect but very awsome so far. cant complain. eating has been great somedays and not so great other days! But who said i was perfect. yay yay yay

15 DAY FTINESS CHALLENGE

OK so my brother came home and told me that next week he is going to start doing p-90x with his friend jessee. his motivation and inspiratin motivated me and here i am doing a challenge. I had gotten used to the whole lifestyle change same o same o deal. The eating healthy on and off and beinng faily consistent. It was originally going to be 30 but i dont want to go overboard so im doing 15 then if i like it do 15 more making it a 30. having that 30 label is not good lol



Challenge - 15 days of biking or zuzana workouts. Working as hard as i can each workout.

Zuzana workouts tone upper body as well as lower, so they need to be done at least 4 times a week. Plus its high intensity so it burns calories after and muscle is your metabolism. I got sick so i havent been working out zuzana style though i did get into biking on the ms. fuji :)



Im excited to see how my body changes. But this isnt an only fitness challenge but also a diet challenge. No hardcore specifics but a reasoanle portion and lots of water. Also i hav to add some greens. They are so missing lol So look out for a post with pics for motivation. Also i think i should log what i eat for 15 days. It will definetly help an dkeep me resonsbible and conscioues.

This will let me know what foods work and what workouts work and it will be a good memeory:)

It's all about pushing

The greatest benefits come from consistency. You know i have matured a lot over the past month. i havent been perfect but i have been more consistant than ever on my deit and excercise. I have also been focusing on a lifestyle because i was tired and tired of being motivated,, then binging,,un motivated for a while..then some crash diet....then guilt. Very bad cycle. Now i still mess up im far from perfect but daily i make changes here and there and regardless of wat i see in the miror or how i feel i still try and workout on a consistent basis. A lifetyle is a lifestyle. Its just seccond nature and im taking small steps daily and learning to be conistent and be patient. :) Im happy though. Plus im on op of my school work ..never in a million years did i think i would consider myself a smart studioues person but i now am . Praise the lord. and guess whos in my life again. Anthony :) Ya though i wasnt going to be caught under his spell and i am once again but its fun and who doesnt like butterflies rite lol ...today was his first day at school ..ugh finally.

PERSERVERANCE

You know a lot has happned in the past month. with my amazing weightloss which stopped about two weeks ago then with my consitent workouts for about two weeks then these last 3 days i kinda got off track but throuhg it all i have been able to say love where you are..see each day and chance as a gift and i have never really belived and loved perserverance but still with everything that has happned i have been able to say im going to keep going till i make it..weather i fail or not is irrevelant as log as i make progress and retai some of it..as time goes on i will get stronger..cofidant and see more sucuss and learn more ofcourse! Life style is not an event. I dont know how many times i have said that but even when i lose focus for like tow days or 3 i always come back to my love of working out and eatin gbetter because deep inside i migh thave battles against my own expectation but i it is what makes me happy and im not doing it for shallow reasons. if i were i would would not have put the hours of hard workouts..reasearch time and dedication into it. But i do feel like senior year has been my best year ecause i feel in love with biking..with psychology..grades were better and nblievable and my cleaning impoved..and my overall personsality and who i am as a person has matured greatly an d im thankful for that. THis year has been the best and will be even better with fintess consistency and summer..mew bike etc.. senior year..boys ,tans and summer...jesus!!

Control

Im happy. I have be eating less, drinking more water...a lot ! daily tooo not just for 2 days then never. Also imnot eating that much injara when i do. And if i do i eat smaller amounts. I try not to eat the same thing day in and day out because that is not a good lifestyle..plus it can get borning..for me at least. So im pretty happy. yesterday at the movies with Anthony it was fun ;) but i did not have anything there. No pop corn no soda no etc like other days i didnt say oh i never really go to the movies and eat a hot dog or something. Im proud. and the $50 gift card i got from yilma for chirstmans from express is still not used and i want to use that to reward myself after, but i dont have a specific goal so i guess i will have to come up with one. I guess i havent because i fifnt thnk specific goals are good. So iw ill think of one and get back to you !

C.O.N.S.I.S.T.E.N.C.E.Y

Today is January , 26, 2011 !
Things have been going well lately because im not on a DIET!
Its a lifestyle and i realy realy am sick of being sick and tired of being unhappy with my weight. So i have stopped all the high and lows with my weight and diet. So I have been eating smaller portions, listening to my body. if i eat more one day, its expected but baby i tell you moderation is my best friend. I no longer feel guilty about having things like starbux. Steve from bodypreformaceTV has really helped me focus on having a lifetyle and realalizing that weightloss occurs because of calories in and calories out. Certain foods dont make you fat its excess calories that add on the pounds. So by excercising a litle bit less and eating a little bit more consistently will add on unwanted weight. So im done stugling with my weight because it has been an ongoing cycle of super high motivation vs. motivation binge eating. I now understand the value of Habits. So i have been working out even when i dont feel like it because just like brushing my teeth or going to school its something that i do. Its very early but i know this is going to be a huge sucucess if kept up ! also hence the title of this post Consistency is so key because that is what shows that i have a lifestyle not some phase. I am focusing on being patient and having faith which i think is th ehardest part for me. Im always doubting if what im doing is working though i see the results in the mirror and i guess the inpatience plays into this too. But some days i eat super healthy like on monday i had all fruits all day except for a turkey sancwhich i believe which was great. my key is not focusin on WHAT i eat but HOW MUCH i eat. Its not injara, bread, etc. that makes me gain weight its eating too much of the wrong types of food. So my moto is OUTWEIGHT the bad with GOOD! If this is done it reats a calorie defecit and you lose weight, considering consistency and for a more drastic result be more consistent and have more good than bad. WEightloss or staying fit is not complicated you just have to make it a lifestyle and a lifestyle is something you have to enjoy and tolorate so saying im never going to eat this and that is not going to help you because you will feel restricted. Its not about abandonment its about Balance...LOVE YOUR BODY
