End of Day # 6

one hour away from midnight and day 6 will start. Can you believe it? Who would have thought! I was watching figure vidoes on youtube,nothing new..thoughi hadnt watched it in a quite a bit. So anyways i got motivated with their dedication. So the next day monday i started. Tomorrow is the end of week one. So techinically according to my plan im half way through but i have a feeling im going to go for longer than that. I have really cut down on my portions. ate clean for a very large majority of the time. Faught through the hunger and i am noticing that i am satisfied with smaller portions which is a plus. i can;t say i have had coffee each and everyday but most days i have one plain small cup of black cofee. My weight is about 112. It not a good indicator so i am not relying on it much. my stomach looks more toned than it has ever looked and back fat is on ultimate lower than it has been. im overall slimmer and it feels great. What keeps me going is knowing that i willsee will monday and im tired of being unconfident because of my weight. i just feel like life would be so much better if i was thin. atleast for me because i do focus on my weight and i am a perfectionist. But i would say this is the first time that i have actually done really impressivly well on a diet. I also have been working out pretty much most days. i did 2 days of zuzana workouts and one rest day with 2 days of biking and the gym and biking today.


Today i burne dlike 800 calories no joke. at the gym i burned 750 and mt back was wet and i was sweating liek crazy. i was there for almost 3 hours.prior to that i went riding for 20 mins non stop it was pretty hard. legs burning etc..:) thats what we want. lol


But i just want to post back and say that i am very excited to see what the next week holds. I am so proud with myself. I have been eating so low at times. surprised i didnt go crazy. I am having lots of water.... I am so GLAD i did this!!


I have been eating plain oatmeal for breakfast with chicken and onion in very little oil that i have prepared for the week. I havent had much fruit. I did have egg whites also cooked and broiled and chicken canned in water.... had bread only once this week i believe.



Example of meals
Br- small oatmeal plain with cinnamon
and eggwhite and onion low fat recepeie

Sn- 5 ritz crackers with 1 Tbs. penautbutter..(Low Fat)

ln- Small chicken recepie, apple

Sn-dful baby carrots, 2mall cupts yogurt with berbere

sn- cpuple beef jerkys
