- Cold weather doesnt make us eat cooked food becausw we have dopted to a tropical climeate. A/C adn evrything makes it normal.

- only little proten is used for muscle recovery.
- most meats are more fat than protien but people dont say ."where do you get your fat " no because we want to make everything sound better.
