OMG OMG OMG>i ran a full hour.. well like 57 mins and i waled like 7 mins fast prior to that to warm up. I Have never ran for 50 minutes burned so many calories i think it was liek 300 and something and i ran almost 4 miles i think THAT uge. thats liek running more than a 5 k>
i think it was liek 16 laps not counting the first one for warming up.IM so proud when i thought i couldnt do it i slowed down and set my mind i kept saying..come on you can do this. and i DID! i ate very good today.. i had my kale and my banana and some tomatoe sushi with some honey mustard.. and Nama Shoyu.then i had a slice and a half of toasted carb style bread that is good :))))i ran a lot and i needed some carbs so its okey.Raw life is goign great im not going to say im goona be 100 % raw..because thats jsut too much mental stress. i have ate cooked for for a logn time and i cant be raw over night i have tryed it and im figuring out what cooked foods are okey and are not. Im listening to my body but still cahllengeing it .. I need to do more reasech on milk and meat and all that stuff.
