Homecoming Plan !

Eating- Grocery list
raw ! Kale,carrots,Water
frutis .. raw or juiced
Steamed veggies or raw or juiced
60 oz of water per day
sprinkles of injara allowed
very little oil





Deal Breakers-
Sugar ..anytype that includes peanut butter,milk,etc..
no sodas.
No dairy
No eggs
no nuts
bannanas
no bread


Workout-
Ab rocket everyday
Water bottle abs 5 mins at night
Air climber.. at least 15 mins
Streching (after waking up and later on in the day)
No Sleeping during the day
Go to bed early
