10 DAY NEW LIFE

Goal- For 10 Days i will try and eat really healthy :)
you are going to be working out 5 of those days and doing
10 sessions of the ab rocket. also the 5 minute water bottle crunches at night.


Rules-
No sugar of any type except from fruits.
no dairy including milk and cheese !
no injara
No wet


What to eat-
Fruits
Veggies
Nuts
Eggs
Raw fish
Sushi
veggie rolls
Smoothies
Green Machine drinks



What to drink ?
Water the LIfe source hehe
