KEY TO SUCCESS Week 1

Eat fruits daily
drink green juice as often as possible
get enough protiens
get good fats
drink lots of water


*Avoid saturated fats at all cost
*avoid Processed foods
*avoid high sugary foods
*avoid sugary drinks totally


Organized High intesity interval training at least 20 mins with little to no break
