  3. frozen lean chicken
  4. Lean Turkey
  5. White fish (baked)
  6. Beans convenient

CARBOHYDRATE

  1. Oat meal W/ Salt
  2. sweet potatoe
  3. Yams
  4. Organic Whole grain bread
  5. Beans

Fats

  1. Lean fish
  2. nuts, Almonds, mixed nuts
