Day 1♥

Brakfast-
Banana
2 egg whites

Snack-
1 red apple
fitit with 1/2 black injara
1 tomatoes and i/3 of purpel onion

lunch- 2 water bottles
1/2 of bottled green juice


Dinner-
1 glass of green juice
1/2 cup of Kolo with about 10 peanuts.
4 bottled waters
