Day 7

Breakfast- mango
water bottled
lunch- skipped

Snack-Post workout)
pita bread with spicy green :)
3 egg whites.
bottled water

Dinner-
pear
1 cup kolo
3 bottled water
tiny injara with tiny tiny beef


Workout:
weightlifiting. pretty heavy
cardio on eliptical hardcore for 20 mins like 150 cals.

great day today. food and workout
