2010 SUMMER PLAN!

Owh my gosh! Here comes summer again.! Im tired of being tired. Its time to really fix my mind set and just go for it. I have spent soo much time looking up for motivation, working out, dieting. Everything but i have never achived my ultimate result. Lack of consistencey and seriouesness is what ruined it all. But i wont stop there i have come a long way looking back i couldnt even run 1 lap withouth dying now im runnnig 15, im more educated about food and health. Its time to put it all together because summer of 2010 is going to be the start and happiest summer of my life:) Thats all there is too it. Forget the past, u will have more bad futures . hey its life. so drop it all and start fresh daily! With that being said HERE WE GO !!!!!

Diet-
Drink lots of water
minimize oil use a lot
increase lean protien
stay away from dairy at all cost
watch out for carbs like bread and injara.
come up with new exciting healthy meals.


Workout-
cardio 4 times a week
3 times a week for toning
