Breakfast- 2 egg wites, 1 whole egg
with little bit of oil and 1 teaspoon of roots hummus,sprinkle of hot sause
1 apple, 1-4 of banana

Lunch-none

Dinner- 1 egg, 2 egg whites, Scrambled.
1 apple


Workout-
30 mins eliptical-300 Calories
45 mins weights. 3 sets of 12 reps on all machines
sore moderatly.
