Breakfast- brocolli
snack- apple
lunch- tilapia with small dejon mustard and hummus (sun dried tomatoes)
Dinner- 2 tilapias , brocoli, 2 tiny carrots, small siga wet

**Workout
  1. 1 hour weight lifting
  2. 40 mins fat burn {eliptical}-level 9
  3. 5 mins incline
Comments- very intense on the eliptical.
325 calories burned. first few mins were nothing because it was set up right.
Felt very light all day. no cravings. skipped donuts and crap in class.
VERY PROUD
