phase 3 day 2

Breakfast- 1/2 banana vefore 35 minute bike ride. (intense)
snack- post workout 1/2 banana
lunch- 2 whole eggs w/ olive oil , onions and tomatoes.
snack- none
dinner- post bike ride. medium brown rice with tomatoe sauce
snack-peach
